The Assignments Home Page appears when you click the Assignments tab from any Holt Online Assessment page. Use the Home Page to assign tests or quizzes, interventions, and other assignments for your classes.
At the top of the Assignments Home Page, choose a Class and Book, then a Category and Grade for the Assignments you want to view.
Click Submit.
The screen refreshes, with a list of Assignments displayed.
Choose View all assignable content or View all assignments made. You may also select Show only active assignments.
Note: If you chose these fields from a previous page of Holt Online Assessment, the page will appear already populated with the appropriate Assignments.
To assign to students, click Assign.
The Assignment Settings pop-up window appears.
To preview a test, click View.
A new window opens, with the Assignment displayed.
To view the settings for a resource that has been assigned previously, click Show Details.
A pop-up window appears, displaying options for a test that has been previously assigned one or more times.
To view or change the Settings for an Assignment, click Show Details.
The Assignment Settings pop-up window appears.
Modify Test Dates and Duration, Time Limit, and whether students can pause the test.
To view the Optional Settings, click the links or scroll down.
To save your changes, click Submit.
